Cancellation Policy
At Bellas & Beaux Beauty Bar, your appointments are very important to us. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, and services will be charged at full price for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. One Reschedule is permitted per deposit.
Tardiness: Tardiness has a negative impact on the spa, staff, and other clients' experiences. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, depending on your service and the time remaining until the next appointment, we MAY be able to complete your service at our discretion; you may forfeit your deposit, and/or you will be asked to reschedule.
